There have been estimates of up to 600,000 civilian deaths in Iraq. Pretty sure ONE puppy doesn't matter in comparison to everything else the Americans have done.

A man got stabbed 50-60 times then decapitated. 50-60 times. THEN DECAPITATED. If you think that is either less serious than a puppy being thrown off a cliff, or of equal significance, YOU deserve to be stabbed 50-60 times and decapitated. It's a puppy. Firstly, was a man, who was 19 years old who got killed. He had a good 60 years of life left. Much longer if he has good genes. Secondly, it's a puppy. Pretty sure if the soldiers had it, it didn't belong to anyone. Also, dogs have large litters, so 1 puppy out of however many dogs there are in the world, not that big an issue.

Sure, killing a helpless animal is bad, but really. People are far more important than animals.

Ahhhh thanks. I just rewatched. I didn't really focus on the video until I heard him say cute puppy like he does in the first part of the video, plus there was no yelping, and it wasn't anywhere near 17-25 seconds runtimes of the original, it was only 10 seconds, so I thought it was the first part.

I honestly think many people are taking this out of proportion. What this soldier did was horrible, but come on. The only reason people are so freaked and angry is because dogs are viewed as pets. I can assure you if this soldier threw a raccoon or a skunk off the cliff, many of your opinions would change. Saying he's the scum of the earth and he deserves to be bombed and decapitated by terrorists because he threw an animal off a cliff is really crossing the line. The scum of the earth are, as fishy go moo said, rapists, serial killers, and people like that. This soldier probably has a normal life, and for God knows what reason just decided to throw an animal off a cliff.

this is not one isolated incident, there are people who microwave cats alive, beat dogs with baseball bats until they die, drill holes into dogs face to teach them a lesson. I don't think I should list anymore, you know what I mean, and it is not a small matter. until the day that these crime are view as severe crimes, helpless animals will be beaten, will be bullied, will be treated badly.

Killing a human is way worse than thorwing a dog off a cliff. A humans life can never be replaced but a dogs life can. A dog lives for a shorter period of time than a human. Were talking about a human (What You Are) Some of you are saying that throwing a puppy off a cliff is worse than a stranger stabbing you in the head over 50 times. You have to use common sense sometimes and think of the obvious a humans life is WAY more important than a dogs life. If we didn't have humans in this world who would care for dogs and give them food? Without humans dogs couldn't survive two weeks without us.
